We were hesitant to go here because it the price seemed too good to be true. We looked at reviews and saw some had good experiences and some not so good. We had already made an appointment so we figured we would hear them out. So what they do is they only list the vehicle for 80% of the price then tack on the 20% AFTER you get there. If you are looking at a vehicle here be prepared to pay WAY more than what they list it for. Even though we had a trade in and we were putting $10k down. 🙄 We were looking at a 2020 Audi Q5 listed at $32k when really they wanted $38k for it. If I wanted to pay that much we would have driven up to Audi of North Miami and purchased a brand new car for the same price from a reputable dealer! Which is what we ended up doing. They are fantastic BTW. It’s the second Audi we’ve purchased from them. We had a blank check from our bank so we are thankful we didn’t have to sit through their whole in house financing thing before we found out they falsely advertise their purchase prices. They would have wasted even more of our time! This place is super run down. We were aggressively approached by a gang of sales people shouting at us in Spanish (Which, I can get through a conversation but not something as complex as buying a vehicle). They sent in the manager to explain they only buy repos and cars that got turned back into the bank etc. We left my car a VW Tiguan (which was going to be a trade in) open so it would be easier for them to inspect when it came time. There literally is nothing in the car. Without even asking the manager and some random guy opened it and started looking in my car! We had been looking at Q5’s for awhile so we know what we should pay around which is why we were suspicious when we found this vehicle listed so low. Don’t waste your time. If you’re a smart buyer, purchase somewhere else. They price their cars WAY over market value. I’m sure the same manager will comment on my review about a misunderstanding and hoping I stay safe. How about not falsely advertising your prices? Who does that? Listing the vehicle for only 80% of what you expect to get for it. SMH More

En el mes de Noviembre del 2020, cometimos el Gran Error de comprar un Suv en este dealer, despues de aumentar el monto 2 veces llevando a mas de 15, 000 mil dorales por arriba del precio, estos carros no t de comprar un Suv en este dealer, despues de aumentar el monto 2 veces llevando a mas de 15, 000 mil dorales por arriba del precio, estos carros no tienen servicio al dia, internamente siempre vienen con defectos, ni cambio de aceite, llantas muy mal estado, te hacen firmar un primer documento, puedes dar de entrada lo que puedas te dicen, luego cambian los documentos pidiendo mucho mas dinero y presionando luego para pagues mas, de lo contrarió no te devuelven el dinero. hacen cobros de llaves que no te dan nunca, mil excusas, engaños, mentiras, no puedes devolver el carro, la suv tenia frenos malos, sin aceite, las llantas rotas, dicen que se haran responsables luego de firmar, no lo hacen, sin gasolina, lo peor de lo peor, así deben ser todos los dealers, esta gente esta perjudicando a mucha personas se valen del desconocimiento para hacer actos indebidos, de mala fe, tuve que pagar los servicios en otro lado ya que no querían ser responsables, tengo hasta los tickets, dudo mucho que compre otro carro en un dealer de carros usados, gente peligrosa, alertare a todos mis clientes, amigos a todos mis segudores son mas 5,000, en las redes, la PEOR experiencia muy mal , PDST: Lamentamos mucho ser victima de estas personas y no hay nadie que les ponga orden. On two separate occasions,I called in advance and was told the car was avail BUYER BEWARE ! This dealership posts car online that are NOT available. On two separate occasions,I called in advance and was told the car was available (OCT17 and then again Dec11) . On both occasions , I was guaranteed the car was available. The first time I asked to speak to a manager and Luis Garcia ( at least that was the name given ) finally returned my call after I called several times . Was told the car was sold . A few weeks later the car is still listed and I called again, made an appointment and wanted to be assured it was available. I showed up 2 hours later at the time of my appointment and the car was gone. AS OF TODAY DECEMBER 22 The car is still listed online . Additionally, I inquired about another car they had listed online. The asking price increased by $4800 with all the junk fees they add ( not including tax tag title ) Buyer BEWARE ! Bait and switch and many hidden fees ! It is amazing they are still in business. Several others warned me NOT to buy a car here and I am glad I did not . They attract based on good deals but then switch and and add on many fees . Yes, they finance anyone and that is how they get you ! I was buying CASH and did not need financing . Mind boggling how they do business ! Worst service and business ethics I have ever experienced. More

I called at 4 pm to confirm a car was in, I got there, wasn’t in, claim it’s an “internet company and not their fault” foh, they’ the same thing.
