Bait and switch, obvious scam, search for people saying the same thing. I called at 4 pm to confirm a car was in, I got there, wasn’t in, claim it’s an “internet company and not their fault” foh, they’ the same thing. Completely horrible. Never have any vehicle on website. Too many concerns to list. Did not receive any information back but keep getting emails to go through the same dead end process. I stated that I had a residence in the area but was told we only sale to ppl from the area (confused). Ultimately my wife and I will find vehicles elsewhere. And would appreciate if this company stop notifying me. More

Don't trust this car dealer, their prices on the website is not true, they don't have the cars as priced on their website, I called twice for a car to make sure it is available and less than half an hour wh is not true, they don't have the cars as priced on their website, I called twice for a car to make sure it is available and less than half an hour when I arrived it was not available. Tuve muy mala experiencia con Car Factory Oulet Compre un WV del 2016 en Sep del 2019, antes de hacer la compra me di cuenta de que tenia un problema en la ventanilla delantera del pasajero, me prom Compre un WV del 2016 en Sep del 2019, antes de hacer la compra me di cuenta de que tenia un problema en la ventanilla delantera del pasajero, me prometieron que me la arreglarian despues de cerrar la compra y no fue asi. No lo deje por escrito por que confie en la BUENA FE de Car Factory. Me vendieron un carro MAQUILLADO, que pasados los 30 dias de compra empezo a fallar, lo tengo varado en mi casa desde Diciembre 19, pagando una mensualidad altisima, debido todas las arandelas innecesarias que le adicionan haciendo que se dispare el costo. You have to open your eyes with the price, physical condition of the vehicle, car fax vs. review by yourself, dealer fees, interest charged and what the vehicle brings before accepting the deal. That what happened to me does not happen to you, for example, I bought an SUV 2019 and between one thing and another this dealer did not give me the carpets (floor mat) of the vehicle and I am still waiting for the bonus of the first free oil change. I do not recommend it, a lot of risk I say from my own experience. Imagine, they sell you the car without carpets, where can you find this? Stay away from this place. More

Trash asf. Trash. Most of these reviews are from people who were asked to write it as they were buying their car. I bought a car from them with worn out tires and no spare or jack in the trunk.
