We arrived, to take delivery of our new Jeep Grand Cherokee and were pleasantly surprised. Jose’ patiently walked us thru the vehicle transition and explained every fully. At the end he did a quick run-thru to make sure we understood all this new info. Yes, he even set up our GPS & Bluetooth for us. After we left the dealership my wife remarked, “We’ve never had such nice treatment at a dealership before!” I agreed with her.
