Although the car was sold “as is,” we encountered a mechanical issue just two days after driving it home, which was concerning since we had already driven it to Lakeland, Florida. The braking system began malfunctioning, and we reached out to the dealership. To our surprise, they went above and beyond, even though they weren’t obligated to do so. Jose Gaston instructed us to take the car to the Audi dealership in Lakeland, and they covered the cost of the necessary brake repairs. This level of honesty and commitment to doing the right thing truly impressed us.
