The entire sell process to even picking up my vehicles was a 3 hour process and then another 1-1.5 hour process to pick up my vehicles. Service side was even worse from dropping off my brand new truck tha was a 3 hour process and then another 1-1.5 hour process to pick up my vehicles. Service side was even worse from dropping off my brand new truck that was only 2 days old to picking it up over a week later. They also don’t have a shuttle service and the service tech was an absolute idiot and treated me like garbage when dropping off my vehicle to even when I was picking it up. More
