Happy customer I received an email every 6 months to change the oil on my car. Without an appointment I was able to get the oil change done. After the change, we fou I received an email every 6 months to change the oil on my car. Without an appointment I was able to get the oil change done. After the change, we found out that there is a recall for a door latch. Customer service checked to see if the part was available. I came back the next day and left me car to get the replacement repair done. Thank you. More

Great Service at Tropical Ford ! In somewhat of a scheduling problem, Several months ago I had to got o another service center in Kissimmee. Even though the facility was a new one I In somewhat of a scheduling problem, Several months ago I had to got o another service center in Kissimmee. Even though the facility was a new one I did not care for it or the staff. After a simple fix the service rep told me that I needed a new serpentine belt. I just had a new one installed a few months earlier. Told them no thanks. On the other hand, Tropical Ford is by far and large the best service center that I have ever dealt with.. They do great work. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The waiting area is comfortable. Excellent WiFi and then....to top off the great work that they do...there are the doughnuts and coffee. More
