Misinformed repair Although you guys were friendly, you all missed a simple repair I asked for... My drivers side window would not stay closed when I closed the window. Although you guys were friendly, you all missed a simple repair I asked for... My drivers side window would not stay closed when I closed the window. I asked them to look at it, and they said they tried to reprogram the window and it wouldnt work. Had I chosen to move ahead with that repair, they would have charged me for a new part..... I did fix it myself by reprogramming it with the window switch... I am surprised that a Ford shop working on a Ford car did not know or were hiding that simple repair from me and trying to charge me. I always use caution, and its a good thing I did... More

As I decided to purchase a new truck I shopped around and decided to include Tropical Ford since I had great service and honest treatment from them. Not to my surprise I decided to purchase my new 2018 F150 Platinum from Tropical Ford. The experience was great. There was no high pressure tactics. My salesman, Michael Torres, was professional and delivered on his word. Jose Gutierrez, Finance Manager, made the paperwork seamless and made me feel very comfortable. In short, my overall experience has always been great at Tropical Ford, and my transaction this week with them confirmed once again why Tropical Ford is my chosen local Ford dealership.
