I have never had a good experience buying a vehicle--so I was really anxious about the car buying process. I was very concerned about overpaying because I did not understand how a dealership arrived at a fin was really anxious about the car buying process. A close friend had just bought a 2013 Fusion from Tropical Ford and highly recommended her experience. She put me in contact with Gary Burton, the finance manager who paired me with Jose Gutierrez to help me find a vehicle. It took me two days to make a selection, but what I loved about Jose is that his faith that he would find me the right car never wavered for a moment. I test drove 4 different vehicle models plus discussed the pros and cons of 3 other models but Jose had unlimited patience and enthusiasm. Gary didn't let me down either--he thoroughly explained how they arrived at a sales price and how the financing was structured. I was very happy with the CPO 2013 Escape SEL that Jose showed me and took it home that day. Thank you Jose and Gary!! More
