Michael and the rest of the guys were great. Michael wasn't pushy which matters a lot to me. He was polite, caring, attentive, professional. The financing was realistic based on my personal dilemma. Jose Galvin is the best sales rep I've ever dealt with. I love the fact he doesn't push you for a sale and lets you take the time to really think about your purchase. I know for me being a woman, I feel defe love the fact he doesn't push you for a sale and lets you take the time to really think about your purchase. I know for me being a woman, I feel defensive when dealing with car purchases or repairs because we are often looked at as not knowing anything. Jose never made me feel that way and was very helpful throughout the whole process. In fact my kids absolutely loved him. He never got tired of answering my 10 year old daughter's questions even when she was trying to get me a military discount for brother's service. I will definitely recommend Jose Galvin and Tropical Ford to my friends and family! More
