BEST. CUSTOMER. SERVICE. EVER. My experience here was phenomenal. After spending nearly 7 hours struggling getting the truck of my dreams, the guys here were so patient and helpful. My experience here was phenomenal. After spending nearly 7 hours struggling getting the truck of my dreams, the guys here were so patient and helpful. I was having issues with my bank, and Vitalie and Jose were so patient and kind, helping me every step of the way. They helped me with showing me options and assisting in helping me make the right financial decision. These aren't people who are just trying to get a sale as quick as possible. They care about their customer, and are very personable. I've never had such great customer service anywhere before. I recommend everyone who's considering buying a Ford to go to Tropical Ford. Vitalie and Antonio are wonderful guys to help you show the cars. Going anywhere else is just nonsense. More
