Quick, friendly, good buying experience I was on the hunt for a C-Max hybrid, which was hard to find with the SEL and all the options without being the Energi plug-in model. Tropical Ford had one, but they were a 2.5 hour drive away. I spoke with a salesman (Nicholas) and the internet manager (Denica) who were both very attentive to my questions and concerns. They made sure I knew what I was looking at before making the hike up to Orlando from South Florida. Once there, Steve was great as well, and they had the car ready to test drive and look over. Financing and paperwork were a breeze and they even negotiated with me well, allowing me to get there car at my price. A+ in my book. If they had the car I wanted, I wouldn't hesitate to drive back up there. More

Most sales reps make you feel like you HAVE to purchase and sometimes it may feel quite uncomfortable. We told Vitalie what we were looking for and he gave us exactly what we wanted. He helped us through the process and the way this man makes you feel like he truly appreciates you as a person is truly amazing! We got a great deal and we had a lot of options to choose from. We went in there just to start searching for a new truck (this was our first dealership that we started looking at) we did not plan on purchasing that day so we could see many options. I am the type of person that once I feel pressured, I just say "no" and prefer to go elsewhere. Not once did I feel pressured here and the financing process with Jose was top notch as well. I will definitely be coming back and referring others! Trust me, this place is worth the drive. I had a Ford dealership that I had a bad experience with that was 20 minutes from my home, and I drove 45 mins to Tropical Ford and I'm glad I did. More
