He took the time to listen to my concerns, explain the diagnostic process clearly, and kept me informed every step of the way. His communication and customer service were outstanding — I truly felt like my situation mattered. I also want to thank the service manager (whose name I unfortunately did not catch) for stepping in and ensuring that everything was handled efficiently and with great care. Both he and Jose went above and beyond to resolve the problem quickly and make sure I left completely satisfied.
