It took 4 weeks for my vehicle to be serviced. 4 weeks for an oil change, tire rotation, starter fix, and replacement of headlight and tail light. That is unacceptable. It took 2 weeks before my v 4 weeks for an oil change, tire rotation, starter fix, and replacement of headlight and tail light. That is unacceptable. It took 2 weeks before my vehicle was even looked at. When I asked what the holdup was I was given an excuse that was clearly a lie. I am seriously considering asking for a refund to any warranty or service agreement I have with you. I can't bring my vehicle in for an oil change and it take 4 weeks. That is not what I was expecting. Not only that but the issue I brought my vehicle in for isn't fixed. My head unit still has issues and according to Dodge, the dealership is the only one who can fix it. Now I have to take it to a different dealership to get it fixed. I didn't appreciate the way I have been treated by the service department since I bought the car. I tried bring my car in 2 times before I got any service. The other 2 times I was told to bring my car in and when I arrived the service department wouldn't take my vehicle to be worked on and the service guy acted like they had no idea I was coming.
