It’s been over 8 years s - 10/10 Experience I’d been researching Toyota Sequoia’s for over a year, trying to find the best fit for my circumstances. It’s been over 8 years since I’ve had to purchase a car, and I’d forgotten how draining the whole process can be. After contacting multiple dealerships, paying for multiple PPI’s (with varying reactions from the dealers when I asked permission to have them done), and feeling pretty discouraged by the uncertainty of everything… Longo was a breath of fresh air. Jose Del Solar was SO incredibly patient with me. It was my first time purchasing a car from home (because of how far the dealership is from me) so I asked countless questions, checked every contract multiple times then asked more questions, then communicated back and forth with my credit union for days. Jose made the entire process so much easier and never made me feel like I was being overly anxious or difficult (even though I definitely was at times). He even 3D printed a replacement part for inside one of the small storage compartments. I was looking online for something that might fit and had just about given up, so when I saw that he’d taken care of it for me I almost cried. Those seemingly small details like adding in the all weather floor mats, 2 keys, and a FULL TANK OF GAS (when the prices are unbelievably insane right now), having the car washed (sending me photos and videos along the way), as well as customizing an extra 3D printed coaster that’s personalized specifically for me… I never expected any of it, but it made a huge difference. Thank you Longo for a wonderful experience and an INCREDIBLE car that I’m absolutely in love with. I don’t think I’ll ever buy from anyone else again. More
