I’m incredibly unhappy with this dealership because of finance. Ray in finance is a liar! I don’t think I’ll buy or have anything to do with dealership because of ray in finance. He didn’t waste my time and was straight forward. The dealership was able to work a deal so it’s nice they were willing to work with me. I was very happy until I met ray. Ray took advantage of my by asking me about my life. He took my divorce and talks about religion to blind me to what he was doing. He said he got good deals for me and added service and maintenance plans and only increased my monthly payment by $28. I didn’t second guess is because I was not in a good place since ray brought back my divorce. Come to find out he added $8k on top of my loan. Once my bank told me I tried to cancel with ray. Ray said I couldn’t cancel. Then I called ford and ford credit said the dealership can absolutely cancel the service and extended maintenance plans. I went back and of course Ray was off so I spoke with Nora. She is nice and honest and cancelled everything for me! More

Buyer beware if you purchase a car from Upland Ford! I paid the asking price for a "Blue Certified" vehicle. Ensure you get the Used Car Inspection sheet before you leave the dealership. I was told "tha I paid the asking price for a "Blue Certified" vehicle. Ensure you get the Used Car Inspection sheet before you leave the dealership. I was told "that" the department was closed for the day, so they would email me the inspection sheet, it never came. After three days, I knew the transmission had issues. 6 weeks later, I had the transmission replaced, I was without my car for 2 weeks. Four months and less than 5500 miles after the purchase, the list of issues is growing! The SD Navigation card is corrupted ($455), the rotors and "brand new" brake pads need to be replaced ($2180), and the second row Air Bag sensor had to be adjusted to turn off the warning light ($235). After multiple phone calls and many promises, I have yet to have a phone call from General Manager. Jose said multiple times he would email the Used Car Inspection sheet and the prior service records as the vehicle was originally sold and subsequently serviced by Upland. More
