I am an existing customer (almost 6 year - 2 cars - an Altima and a Sentra - lease with them)... my recent lease is about to expire so I start getting letters with offers from Coral Springs Nissan (Jason is the sales GM who sends them) so I decided to call them.
Anthony answers the phone and and promises me the car I was asking (given VIN and stock number) was there, available, waiting for me.
I get there and Jose is the salesperson assigned to me... after a few minutes he tells “lets go get your car”...
We walk and drive for 30mins and he can’t “find the car”... what kind dealership doesn’t know where the car is????????
Well, I’m not stupid and realized he’s driving around pretending he’s looking for a car he KNOWS is not available...
We go back to his desk and after he looks my car ( I’m returning a leased Sentra) his manager, Jorge G comes to talk to me...
He starts the conversation saying the car I’m looking for is way more expensive than my Sentra and I tell him “your dealership is offering a better deal in a Altima than a Sentra.. I’m not inventing nor asking for that, you are the one offering and saying I can have it”
He then tells me the Altima promised to be waiting for me was sold...
I had called asking for that car at 9:01am... one minute after the dealership was open and Anthony said they had the car...
Well, resume of the opera: THEY LYE TO YOU!!!! THEY ARE FISHING TO GET YOU OVER THERE!!!
Don’t waist your time!!
I end up calling Anthony on my way home and he tells me: “I can’t hear you”... once I called back a girl tells me he is with a customer... HE DOESN’t even have the decency of answering my phone call!

The experience and the attention in general was good, but they do not take care of the details of a negotiation, I left the Dealer with the registration of my vehicle with a VIN number different from the real one. I realized this situation, which implies a risk for me because I was rolling a car that was not mine according to the registration and insurance documents.

Rollin, my salesman made the process simple and quick. Was in and out with in a new car in less than 3 hours. I didnt feel pressured at any time. All in all thr best experience Ive had buying a car and I have bought a few!
