I had an appointment at 9:30 for an oil change. I dropped my car off at 9 am and was told it would be ready by noon. I returned at 12:30 to pick my car up and was told it wouldn’t be ready for 2.5 dropped my car off at 9 am and was told it would be ready by noon. I had to argue with them to get my car bumped up in line to get simple oil change completed and it still wasn’t done for almost 2 more hours. When paying, I was denied any kind of discount. They waisted my time and my sales rep sure did not care. Very disappointed with the service there. A simple oil change should be done in under an hour east especially with an appointment More

Wow! That’s all I can say. The service is excellent although a little slow. Quality takes time I suppose. Good and Bad We brought our Ford Explorer into Hemborg to repair a rear main seal and take care of two notices from Ford on a front seat repair and an update to ou We brought our Ford Explorer into Hemborg to repair a rear main seal and take care of two notices from Ford on a front seat repair and an update to our GPS. We were advise it would take one week to repair rear main seal. We decided to take the car in for repairs during our vacation for a week. The car was ready when we returned home. The rear main seal was fixed. The two recalls were not. They had to order the part for the front drivers seat and we will be advised when it comes in. The update to our GPS system was not updated but we were told to do it ourselves based on page 454 in our handbook. I find it hard to understand why Hemborg would not update our GPS vs. telling us to do it. We havent tried to update the GPS yet due to family issues going on. Disappointed after buying car from Hemborg and receiving this kind of service. More

I just want to take a moment and thank Jose for his exceptional service. We had to have both our vehicles serviced and some repair work done and he made sure they were completed promptly.
