Great I first met with Jose last week who took me on a test drive and explained some of the features of the car to me. I came back a few days later when Jo I first met with Jose last week who took me on a test drive and explained some of the features of the car to me. I came back a few days later when Jose wasn't there and met with Patrick who also helped explain more about the car and helped me start the process of purchasing the car. Vu and Patrick were very helpful throughout the financing portion. Vu was able to get me financed through my bank at a low interest rate I could afford. All in all, all three were great/helpful and if I need a car in the future I would definitely contact one of them. More

Unprofessional and greedy After purchasing a new 2019 civic, Spreen Honda didn’t have a second key fob ready on the day I bought the car so my sales person said the fob would b After purchasing a new 2019 civic, Spreen Honda didn’t have a second key fob ready on the day I bought the car so my sales person said the fob would be ordered and I could pick it up. I called the parts department a few months later to see if they had the fob and they informed me that they did and it was under my name. The person on the phone said it was going to take a couple of hours so I thought to just wait until my first oil change and get both services done at the same time. I just came into the service department for my oil change and to program my fob and the service advisor said he needed the Due Bill to program the key. To my surprise, the dealership finance department didn’t include my fob on the due bill. I reached out to my sales person who sold me the car and she told me she didn’t work there anymore and to speak to a sales manager. I went and spoke to a man in sales who then told me that they didn’t have the key and the sales manager was “generous” enough to offer to sell me a new fob and for me to also pay for the programming out of my own pocket. It was the responsibility of the finance department to add the second key to the due bill and it is the dealership’s responsibility to supply new cars with TWO keys with every new car purchase. This is my second car purchased at this dealership and I will not buy from them again. The quickness to dismiss their responsibility is unprofessional and unacceptable. I was blamed from the sales department and extremely disappointed in this dealership. I will now make myself an advocate against this dealership to anyone who will listen. More
