The actual sales rep was terrific. The only problem I have with Zeigler Toyota is that no one seems to call back after the sale. The sales rep called and left a message and I returned The only problem I have with Zeigler Toyota is that no one seems to call back after the sale. The sales rep called and left a message and I returned the call immediately. It went to voicemail and he didn't call back again. I went to his supervisor Brad and left a message and he also failed to call back. I have things I need to drop off for the car I used as my trade-in but I don't know if they still have the car or not because no one will call me back. Otherwise, the sale was easy enough. It took them about 9 hours though. So, don't bring your kids but do bring a lunch! More

Jose was very helpful and patient with me while I searched for my new car. I liked being able to test drive both of the vehicles I was interested in. It aided in making my decision. Plus Jose took searched for my new car. I liked being able to test drive both of the vehicles I was interested in. It aided in making my decision. Plus Jose took the time to introduce the information screen. At least a little...there's so much for me to learn yet but I feel confident that I can rely on Jose for future help. More
