Had an outstanding experience with Jose P, my Sales Consultant. He knowledgeably answered all of my questions and patiently went though the figures with me, all without the typical "salesman pressure. Consultant. I was shopping for a new car due to an accident and had visited other dealerships but was most impressed at the level of service I received at Mohawk. I met with Jose Perez and he understood what I wanted and needed right from the start. He was able to get me in a new HR-V and keep me within my budget. When I went to pick up the car Rhandy Morales walked me through the vehicle's features and made sure I understood everything. Tyler Foster and Jake Hewitt provided a seamless financial transaction making a stressful situation fun! The entire experience was great! I will be recommending them to everyone I talk to. Very satisfied with my new car deal. They follow thru on what they tell you, it was a win/win for both us. Kept me updated on my car’s build and shipment.
