The sales man jose was awesome. However when we got yo to the second floor to sign papers, it was a completley diffrent treatment. Begining from waiting about 30 to more mins while However when we got yo to the second floor to sign papers, it was a completley diffrent treatment. Begining from waiting about 30 to more mins while 4 diffrent parties that got there after us got waitied on first. Then finally getting help and our closing manager Gulalie Ansari out of 5 starts id give her a 1 star and thats because 0 stars is not an option. I was really dissapointed at the end when she helped. I dont know if it was her lack of trianing or her not caring for the customer . More

Jose was kind, polite, helpful, and willing to work with us. We were impressed with DTLA Honda’s Lifetime Warranty, and the Certified Pre Owned Honda we came to see was in immaculate condition. Once the tra us. We were impressed with DTLA Honda’s Lifetime Warranty, and the Certified Pre Owned Honda we came to see was in immaculate condition. Once the transaction was complete, Jose drove the car from DTLA to Venice even though his shift had ended by the time the finance rep was able to see us. The dealership was sparkling clean and we were offered water and popcorn multiple times. All around positive experience. I will definitely be returning for any future Honda purchases. More

I almost gave this dealership five stars because after calling so many dealerships and shopping around they had the b Jose was very kind and patient! I almost gave this dealership five stars because after calling so many dealerships and shopping around they had the best deal! I refrained from giving them five starts because they schemingly increased $20 more dollars to the monthly payment. Numbers don’t lie, we pulled out our calculator and pointed out their “mistake” and they didn’t even apologize. My recommendation is to calculate all the numbers they give you, DO NOT TRUST THEIR BREAKDOWN CALCULATIONS. More
