Our experience with the sales department, and Jose Redd especially, was fantastic. We looked at other dealerships and came back to Jim Coleman because of our experience with Jose. Our experience with financing could have been easier, for example we would have liked to understand what documentation and payment methods would be required at the beginning, instead of finding out potential hurdles at each step of the process. Jim Coleman Toyota had the used 2018 Toyota RAV4 that I wanted, and I was lucky to be connected to Jose Redd when I called for information.
