I was in the market for a small SUV and Crain had very competitive pricing on a new Tiguan. The sales associate, Jose Rivera, was polite, helpful, and never pushy. The finance group helped get me a very l competitive pricing on a new Tiguan. The sales associate, Jose Rivera, was polite, helpful, and never pushy. The finance group helped get me a very low rate, we worked out all of the purchase terms via email, and the final document signing process was very quick and efficient. All in all, probably the best new car buying experience I’ve ever had. More
