Whenever my car has had an issue or when I needed to come in for an oil change or service, each visit has been the best experience.  Every representative I've met has been patient, kind, understanding and thorough with the needs of my car and what to expect. I appreciate these representatives and José from my service on 9/10/2021, offer to wash my car (because we are in a drought I have not washed my car in a while...) and it really means a lot.  I told José I can't trust going anywhere else for a service than Manly Honda for all my vehicle needs. Because it's true, I can't trust I'd receive the same experience I do when I visit Manly Honda.  I just hope the employees and representatives on the customer service level are being compensated the thriving wage they deserve because customer service representatives are on the front lines to keep the service going.
