Jose was great and I really appreciated his help. I am still furious with Honda. However Jose help made this snafu a little bit more tolerable. I would suggest you give him a raise or promotion for his skill in handling this situation. The reason I have been buying Honda’s over last 30 years+ is reliability. What happened? Without Jose help my next would be a Toyota. Because of Jose help it’s a toss up. Still pissed. More
