Jose was our sales associate, he was friendly & personable. He explained what features the car had and showed us how they worked. The process was fast & easy, the car was a used car that had just b personable. He explained what features the car had and showed us how they worked. The process was fast & easy, the car was a used car that had just been traded in, so we had to wait for a couple of days to pick it up, which wasn't a problem, upon returning to pick up the car I was kind of anxious after reading reviews about the car, but everyone was very helpful & friendly in helping to calm my anxiety! I feel like they probably felt that I was being a little difficult, but they remained professional in our interactions. The only negative thing I have to say is that the car was almost on "E", we had to stop for gas immediately after leaving the dealership but they did put new tires all around & gave us new floor mats as promised! All in All I will say kudos 👏 to everyone at the dealership! And now that my anxiety has subsidized, I am happy with my car!! More

DO NOT BUY FROM CONCORDVILLE NISSAN – THEY PUT LIVES AND FINANCES AT RISK If I could give zero stars, I would. Concordville Nissan's negligence and complete lack of accountability have led to a nightmare FINANCES AT RISK If I could give zero stars, I would. Concordville Nissan's negligence and complete lack of accountability have led to a nightmare situation that no buyer should ever have to face. A young buyer was sold a brand new Nissan under the false impression that their insurance was valid and sufficient. According to Nissan’s own policy, full coverage is required to leave the lot with a financed vehicle. Yet, the sales rep—Jose—falsified insurance information, stating the buyer was covered when in fact, they were not. His excuse? He was, and I quote, “too busy thinking about lunch.” To make matters worse, Jose even left his personal cell phone in the buyer’s vehicle, which had to be returned. On the way out of the dealership, the buyer—now driving a brand new car with invalid insurance—was involved in an accident that totaled the vehicle. Because of Concordville Nissan’s gross negligence, this person is left without a car, and without a resolution. It’s been weeks with no accountability, no communication, and no action other than being told “it’s in corporate’s hands.” This dealership facilitated fraud, endangered a young driver, and refuses to take ownership for their recklessness. DO NOT trust them. DO NOT do business here. This is beyond bad customer service—this is straight-up irresponsible and unethical behavior. More

Let me tell you why almost everyone hates dealing with sales people. We purchased a used vehicle last week at Concordville Nissan. After all of the paperwork has been signed, including the “we owe you n sales people. We purchased a used vehicle last week at Concordville Nissan. After all of the paperwork has been signed, including the “we owe you nothing” form, we’re getting ready to leave and Jose hands us the keyfob and then proceeds to tell us it only has one. Who doesn’t want a spare key? The next day I went to my local Nissan dealership and paid $550 for a spare keyfob including programming. I then emailed Margo and told her “I will say this. We were very disappointed that the car only came with 1 keyfob and it costs us $550 on Saturday to get another one at our local dealer. It would have been nice if Concordville would have done that before the sale knowing most people want a spare key”. It’s now been 3 days and I have heard nothing from Concordville. Concordville Cares? Not convinced. More
