Everybody at the dealership was great. Leased another Corolla. The process was fast. We got what we wanted for a monthly payment. The only thing was they added 50 cents more then the payment we agreed on Corolla. The process was fast. We got what we wanted for a monthly payment. I was viewing cars in the lot for about 5 minutes and then was approached by a sales associate, Jose Rosario. He was approachable and in no way pushy which was nice. I told him what model I was intereste then was approached by a sales associate, Jose Rosario. He was approachable and in no way pushy which was nice. I told him what model I was interested in and he pulled up a list of all they had in stock. After selecting a few to look at and test drive I picked the one I was interested in buying. Jose was supportive throughout the whole process and never once pushed me for something I did not want. Next time I come back for a new car I will definitely come to him! More

Good in the end Once we found the right car at the right price, we discovered that you can't pay cash and and get that price. Paying cash means the price goes up by Once we found the right car at the right price, we discovered that you can't pay cash and and get that price. Paying cash means the price goes up by $850. After walking out and complaining to the dealership, someone from higher up in the organization fixed the problem and sold us the car at the right price. Too bad it took an extra day and another trip but I am glad it got fixed. We really like the car. We really liked the sales person, Jose Rosario. More
