Bill Kay Chevrolet was my first stop for a car purchas Buying a car at Bill Kay Chevrolet was the most pleasant hassle-free car purchase I ever made. Bill Kay Chevrolet was my first stop for a car purchase and ending up being my only stop--I didn't have to look further. I was warmly greeted with a handshake when Jose greeted me at the door. I asked to see a few of the cars' features and he gave me a tour of the vehicles. I told him this was my first stop and I wanted to get a few brochures. He got the brochures and gave me his business car and told me to call him if I had any questions. There were no high pressure tactics to buy a vehicle. I called a couple of days later for a test drive and Jose had the vehicles ready for me when I came in. The color of car I wanted was in stock. There was no haggling over the price of the car. Mark stopped by to talk to me about the best financing available. While my paperwork was being processed Shawn came by to give me a tour of the service department. I was surprised how clean it was. Everyone was friendly, courteous and very professional. Before I drove off, Jose explained all the operating features inside the car and thanked me again several times for purchasing the car.
