BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE--EVER!!!! Buying a car at Bill Kay Chevrolet was the most pleasant hassle-free car purchase I ever made. Bill Kay Chevrolet was my first stop for a car purchase and ending up being my only stop--I didn't have to look further. I was warmly greeted with a handshake when Jose greeted me at the door. I asked to see a few of the cars' features and he gave me a tour of the vehicles. I told him this was my first stop and I wanted to get a few brochures. He got the brochures and gave me his business car and told me to call him if I had any questions. There were no high pressure tactics to buy a vehicle. I called a couple of days later for a test drive and Jose had the vehicles ready for me when I came in. The color of car I wanted was in stock. There was no haggling over the price of the car. Mark stopped by to talk to me about the best financing available. While my paperwork was being processed Shawn came by to give me a tour of the service department. I was surprised how clean it was. Everyone was friendly, courteous and very professional. Before I drove off, Jose explained all the operating features inside the car and thanked me again several times for purchasing the car. WHAT A GREAT CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE!!!!! THANKS JOSE!!! More

In an effort to get some insight into the logistics of getting an out of state car transported here, we went to Bill Kay Chevy for their expertise. Imagine our surprise when Jose told us that he had just taken one in during a trade in the week before! After some discussion, the team there helped us with everything, including the financing...cannot say enough about the Bill Kay Team or recommend them highly enough! Thank you so much for making my son's first car buying experience such a pleasant one! More

We needed to get into a new car due to trouble with my current one and having a baby on the way. The Malibu was the second car to be bought from the dealer and my wife was so impressed with how we were treated she is looking at Suvs now. Thanks again for everything! More

Stopped in to look at vehicles after visiting the Chicago Auto Show. Wasn't really planning on purchasing. Jose showed us around so we could compare different options. I asked them to give me a ballpark o Auto Show. Wasn't really planning on purchasing. Jose showed us around so we could compare different options. I asked them to give me a ballpark on my trade while we were browsing. To our surprise, they came back with a very fair offer. We decided to go ahead and purchase, but ordered to get exactly the options we wanted. Chris helped us with the order and gave recommendations on options to consider and avoid. Several weeks later the vehicle arrived and we couldn't be happier with the experience. The trade was fair, the price on the new vehicle was a non-issue (I used a GM discount so there was no negotiation), but the thing we're most pleased with is the people. Not once was I pressured. They didn't care if I purchased then or in the future. After the sale, I was offered protection plans and extended warranties, but a simple "not interested" and they moved on (unlike every other vehicle I've bought). We've only had the vehicle for 24 hours so it's too early to have an opinion, but I hope working with the Service Department is similar to my experience with the Sales team (I have no reason to believe that it won't be). I went on line looking for a particular new vehicle at a certain price with certain specs that I needed. The car I was looking for was at Bill Kay, so I went on line and did all the research about the deal certain price with certain specs that I needed. The car I was looking for was at Bill Kay, so I went on line and did all the research about the dealership before I sent an inquiry about the car,and saw so many positive reviews about them I was a little skeptical about that (so many positive and very very few negative) from a dealership. Anyone who deals with customer service knows it's hard to please everyone, but I sent an inquiry on the vehicle anyway. No more than 5 mins. later my salesman Jose called and we talked about my the car and set up an appointment to check out the car in person. We got to the dealership and pleasantly found all of the reviews to be true great car at a very good price, excellent customer service (you're actually treated like part of the family) and thats from anyone of the staff you talk to not just your salesman. The only complaint I can honestly say was the overall process took longer than I expected (having bought several cars from different dealers in the past) but I was so impressed that when the time comes they will be my destination for my next new car.
