Corvette purchase NIGHTMARE!!!! I wanted to buy a 2020 corvette and have been trying to get one ordered through Bill Kay Chevrolet for approx 4 months (today is 5/4/2020) I have been I wanted to buy a 2020 corvette and have been trying to get one ordered through Bill Kay Chevrolet for approx 4 months (today is 5/4/2020) I have been waiting on a phone call from "Their corvette Specialist" for the entire 4 months after calling them at least 10 times and never received a return call from above mentioned "specialist" or anyone else for that matter. Today, i called AGAIN and this time, I am told I can order the car I want but I have to pay $20,000.00 over the sticker price of approx $80,000.00 as that is their "new policy"on all 2020 and 2021 vettes. I said have a nice day, called Webb Chevrolet and my car is ordered for the sticker price of approx $80,000.00 and the whole ordeal took approx. 30 minutes. If you are looking to buy a 2020 or 2021 Vette, go anywhere else then Bill Kay as you will get terrible customer service and RIDICULOUS mark ups on the new vette. The one star because I had to!! More

Connor McDermott, my sales rep provided great service. I expected to receive a temporary sticker for my new vehicle for the license transfer from my old vehicle and the dealership was not able to provide o I expected to receive a temporary sticker for my new vehicle for the license transfer from my old vehicle and the dealership was not able to provide one. The Illinois DMV office stated that I should have received one from the dealership while the transfer process was being done. More
