Had a deal on paper to pick up a new truck today, almost to the lot with my trade in and payment for the new truck, get a text saying sorry they sold the truck. I would NOT reccomend Jose Urbano as a sales man I bought my vehicle from Jose Urbano in March 2014 on the date of sale I noticed a ding and scratch on the vehicle that I requested it be removed, Jos I bought my vehicle from Jose Urbano in March 2014 on the date of sale I noticed a ding and scratch on the vehicle that I requested it be removed, Jose Urbano shook my hand and promised that it would be taken care within weeks of purchasing the vehicle. I have contacted him personally via phone, email and even went down to Ford in person to have them follow through on their promise. After giving me the run around for weeks and asking me to come in, then canceling last minutes when I am on my way to drop my car off to get the ding removed. He comes back and says they cant do it because it was never put it in the finance paperwork. Long story short ... I've been texting/calling Jose Urbano and the dealership since the first week I drove my car off the lot and every time he promised that he would have someone call me back and schedule something but it never happened. JOSE URBANO went back on his promises made at the time of sale. DO NOT purchase a vehicle from him as I had to contact management and the dealership regarding this issue because Jose Urbano went back on his promise. After contacting his manager and expressing my outrage, the manager took care of the problem right away and scheduled and appointment for the following week. More

Mark was great, he wasnt pushy into selling me anything. He responded with honest answers and seemed genuinely interested in what I was looking for in a vehicle. The staff at Lithia Ford of Fresno was very helpful, especially Jose U., he was very patient and very helpful into seeing that all my questions were answered. The finance department and the General Man especially Jose U., he was very patient and very helpful into seeing that all my questions were answered. The finance department and the General Manager also helped me very much to see that I got the financing and a decent finance rate that made it possible to get me the car that I wanted. In the end I didn't not settle for a car I drove off the lot with the car that I had only wished I could get, the new Ford Flex. We love this new car and would not have been possible at the other dealerships we went too. We always go back to Lithia Ford. Thank you. More
