I recently had my 21 Durango in for routine service and for two recalls, one of which required replacing my rear spoiler with a new painted piece and all the work was performed as planned and on schedule. for two recalls, one of which required replacing my rear spoiler with a new painted piece and all the work was performed as planned and on schedule. My service rep Jose Valdes provided me with a loaner vehicle since the spoiler took a few days to paint & install, and he kept me up to date on the status as well. Usually great, however I have come in 4 times this week. First to get an oil change, learned I need new tires, (which they only had 3, needed to order 1). I came back to get installed but had to come back t First to get an oil change, learned I need new tires, (which they only had 3, needed to order 1). I came back to get installed but had to come back to fix /program sensor. Came to fix early the next morning to learn my sensors are bad. My app didn’t show, but that is what the service guy said. Told to come back to get sensors done. Which will be a “4th” visit for oil change and tires. More
