Took my vehicle in for routine service with tire rotation, arrived 3:15 pm, was not very busy, asked service advisor about how long would take, was told about an hour, was there until after 5pm. Aft rotation, arrived 3:15 pm, was not very busy, asked service advisor about how long would take, was told about an hour, was there until after 5pm. After about an hour and half, texted advisor at text they had sent my phone on check-in asking for status of vehicle. He advised tech was about finished if I wanted to come to service office he would get me checked out. Normally during your service or shortly after completion you receive a text video from tech that servicing your vehicle with update . NO such thing happened at this visit, no hang tag in my vehicle or on my key fob, advisor couldn't find on his PC that the alignment had even been checked as I had requested, vehicle had mud splashed up on body just behind front wheels, NEVER received a vehicle back like this or felt so unsure if it was even serviced. Advisor called servicing tech to inquire where video was, he claimed he sent it but no one could find it, advisor asked him to re-send, he told advisor he had already left the dealership, so advisor said he would handle it and call me the next morning. NEVER received any further contact from him. Called service dept , asked who service manager was, was given 2 persons names and told they were both in meeting, but would take my number and have return my call, well that never happened either. So I called back next day (today) asked receptionist for service manager name was given TOTALLY different info, she transferred me to his number which voicemail took my name and number, so far no response there either. Am so very upset with this experience, I have had every service since purchasing vehicle new with exception of maybe two, performed at this facility, started there when was Bill Bryan. VERY VERY upset and disappointed, and worst part is no one there seems to care. The people I worked with there in the past were always very polite, courteous, and professional, yesterday seemed like a zoo not auto service dept. More

This service department is truly great. I have used them for 12+ years and have never left disappointed with the way I was treated or the way my service was performed. I love the video provided by the mechanic actually showing me what he found during the 16 point inspection. I also like the waiting area that provides coffee etc. I do however feel that the cost of showing me what he found during the 16 point inspection. I also like the waiting area that provides coffee etc. I do however feel that the cost of $103 for an oil change is excessive. Jose was very nice & kept me updated during the time I was waiting. More

I was passed down to 3 service reps. ..no body did anything with my car I dropped off at 12:00 I called at 3:30 and they had not even moved my car. I asked to get the nail out of my tire and patch it. I was on my way I needed my car. THEN when I went to xx out they said they put a air filter on my car which I never discussed with anyone!!!! I started with Jose' he left never told anyone about my Jeep, I was then passed down to some girl who promised to get my car ready by 4....I called at 4 still nothing done then I got Kobe who out of everyone was very attentive More

Just wanted to let you and all your customer know how you at Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Leesburg do business. I purchased a used 2021 Toyota Sienna and told the sale man that if he will fix the missing panel at Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Leesburg do business. I purchased a used 2021 Toyota Sienna and told the sale man that if he will fix the missing panels that I would buy it. Well I took the van twice to get the parts replaced and I bought the van they said that . . they were not going to do the repairs. I do not recommend buying vehicles from this car dealer. Never trust your salesmen or sales Manager at Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Lees Burg in FL 3401 US Highway 441 Fruitland Park FL 34731 But the service department a 100%for Katie March in Service Department. And looking at their car fax report something to keep in mind comparing the sheet to their inspection of the vehicle do not add up . Review for this dealership Zero Stars. More

Went in for oil change and rotate tires. ..along with a few warranty items; warranty item still waiting on a SECOND radio to supposedly fix some issues. Didn't replace sticker after oil chang ..along with a few warranty items; warranty item still waiting on a SECOND radio to supposedly fix some issues. Didn't replace sticker after oil change...so not sure if it was actually done, or when next is due...had to go back for verification. Tire rotation - they left the 2 rear tires 20 PSI low....and the display ON THE DASH TOLD them that....had to have that corrected too. Service advisor 'tried' but....broken english, my bad hearing, him mumbling and not looking me in the eye when he speaks, and his ESL resulted in very poor communication. More
