I would recommend this service center just because of the staff they have there employed. They are very knowledgeable of what needs to be done and get the job done as fast as possible providing they have the staff they have there employed. What I don't recommend is the communication between upper management and the telephone service to the service department. There is nothing customers call in looking for information and get passed onto the telephone loop and that is were you will be passed around for 45 min. before the system kicks you out or lets you leave a message for your customer service manager. even then it is not sure that they will call you back after getting a message. I would have given them a 5 star but due to this communication issues I will only give it a 3. More

I was in for an oil change as part of my 2 years of free oil changes with my van purchase. It took over 1 1/2 hours to do the oil change which I felt was excessive. Secondly, I was told that they used synt oil changes with my van purchase. It took over 1 1/2 hours to do the oil change which I felt was excessive. Secondly, I was told that they used synthetic blend oil. When I did my prior oil change I was told that Chrysler now mandated all dealers to use synthetic oil. I was disappointed that full synthetic oil wasn’t used, especially since I had accepted the fact that synthetic would be used going forward and was glad for it. More

I took my car in for passenger side floor board being wet they told me it’s the windshield. That was untrue after picking it up between that night and next morning there was no rain and guess what was in my they told me it’s the windshield.
