The plus side-I got a same day appointment, the needed part was ordered, I was notified and the car was fixed the next day. But, I won’t be going back to that dealership. It took 15 minutes and the cleaner to find someone to check me in (it wasn’t busy). The service rep wasn’t friendly at all. I had to sign to pay for a diagnostic test even after I told him it was a broken nozzle for the windshield wiper fluid. After I spoke to what I assume was the manager, my service rep chose to communicate with me via text only. Very strange experience, unsettling, and did not inspire me to go back there. More
