When I bought my Grand Cherokee in February 2018, I had always had a feeling that auto dealer's service was a rip off and I went elsewhere. Sometime since then I had the opportunity to have Jose Valdes as always had a feeling that auto dealer's service was a rip off and I went elsewhere. Sometime since then I had the opportunity to have Jose Valdes as my service tech. I liked him right away. I got the impression that he was working for me, keeping the things done on my car were only what were needed, not just something to increase the bill. After one or two later visits, I decided I would work only with Jose. I have maintained that position ever since. I'm comfortable working with him. He gets done what needs to be done, not piling on unnecessary items. The most important thing for me working with Jose?
