He is a "people person" who knows how to interact and treat the customers. He is professional, efficient and it is always a pleasure to see and interact with him. I have yet to have a bad encounter with ANY employee at this facility. The other person who is incredible is Mark. You can be sure that he will be there to greet you with a smile and a cup of coffee.
