It was very easy to make an appointment for the day and time that was convenient. Jose, my service advisor took care of my recall, service and tire rotation as requested. Even washed my vehicle. I get our Dodge's oil changed here and nowhere else. The technician Jose is the one that we like to deal with. He gets things done and knows what he's doing. 1 time I brought the Dodge in and waited alm The technician Jose is the one that we like to deal with. He gets things done and knows what he's doing. 1 time I brought the Dodge in and waited almost 2 hrs and it had gotten overlooked and instead of making me wait longer Jose set me up with a rental car for a day.
