The next reason why I continue to go far out of my way (I resident in the City of Winter Garden), and bypass a Napleton Dodge dealership (my vehicle is a Dodge), is because of Mr. Jose Valdes. He is a "people person" who knows how to interact and treat the customers. He is professional, efficient and it is always a pleasure to see and interact with him. I have yet to have a bad encounter with ANY employee at this facility. The other person who is incredible is Mark. You can be sure that he will be there to greet you with a smile and a cup of coffee. With people like this, it's no wonder I continue to come here, so far out of my way, and will continue to do so. More
