Hi!! I was born in Germany to a military man from Illinois and a sassy Spaniard from the northwest corner of Spain. Traveled the world like most army brats and landed in Spain for 11 years after dad retired. I moved back to the states at the age of 26 and had 3 beautiful daughters. After 19 years in Illinois I'd had enough of the cold and now live in tampa and plan on retiring here "eventually"! I am extremely pleased with my purchase experience. The salesman, Jose Wingo, was very knowledgeable and responsive to my questions, and kept me informed as to delivery of my new truck. Rivard Buick GMC o salesman, Jose Wingo, was very knowledgeable and responsive to my questions, and kept me informed as to delivery of my new truck. Rivard Buick GMC offered the best deal I could find within 500 miles and was almost $10k less than MSRP. I will definitely be doing business with them on all my new vehicle purchases. A+ Dealer!!! I purchased a GMC Sierra Texas Edition in December 2018, Jose Wingo was the salesman I dealt with! I explained up front I’m not the guy who will wait for you to go back and forth to figure out pricing. He s Jose Wingo was the salesman I dealt with! I explained up front I’m not the guy who will wait for you to go back and forth to figure out pricing. He said I’ll sit at my desk and give you a out the door price, he did! The next day I walked in, filled out the paperwork and drove off. Great experience and since I have brought my truck for service with no issues. The service team is always up front and honest which you typically don’t hear from a car dealership. I personally have nothing but great things to say about Rivard GMC. I’m actually going to be purchasing another vehicle from them before years end. More

Initially they did not respond properly to my inquiry. After I complained via email they responded and apologized. I figured I would allow them a chance because of their good reviews. However, they sent over numbers on the vehicle and they fee you to death. Almost a thousand dollar dealer fee and every other fee you can think of. A "Nitro" fee, as in Nitrogen? I thought they were done charging clients for air back in the 90s. Then came back with a high interest rate and were untruthful about my credit score to justify the high interest rate. I have good credit, established with no late pays. I know where my score stands. I said I would go through my credit union and they said they do not allow "out of state financing" nor would they accept capital one. Went to another dealer and my credit score was 81 points higher than Rivard told me. My suggestion is go with another dealer. They are not all like this, find one who wont charge you excessive fees and offer to put you upside down in a car loan for 72 months. More
