Took way too long I had an appointment scheduled for 1:30 for service. The lobby was extremely busy. So not sure which of the service ladies took my car keys and I wait I had an appointment scheduled for 1:30 for service. The lobby was extremely busy. So not sure which of the service ladies took my car keys and I waited outside. No one came to get me for check in and here is 2:10. RIDICULOUS! Then upon my return after the car wash there was a scratch on the back of my car. I always thoroughly check my car on a daily and I know that there was never a key scratch there. I normally wash my own car just for the purpose of other people don’t care about your car. Freaking pissed! More

The customer service I receive from my service coordinator Olivia Leon is awesome. She’s always very professional and attentive to our vehicles needs. If it wasn’t for Olivia, I think we would be searching for a new place closer to home to get the service done. More
