Quick, Efficient and Great Price We were shopping for my Pilot for more than 6 weeks. This is the first time we visited Lou Sobh, met Joseph and bought a vehicle in less than 45 min. We were shopping for my Pilot for more than 6 weeks. This is the first time we visited Lou Sobh, met Joseph and bought a vehicle in less than 45 min. There was not back and forth to managers cabin multiple time as we had experienced with some other dealerships. Joesph was very honest and knowledgeable. Over all very pleasant experience. Great out of state experience I found an older infiniti on this dealers website that had only a few days before been listed on the Internet. The sales person who I contacted throu I found an older infiniti on this dealers website that had only a few days before been listed on the Internet. The sales person who I contacted through their website was very prompt in answering questions and providing additional pictures. I felt based on the pricing that the car would not last long so we negotiated quickly and came to an agreement. A few days later I arrived at the dealership to pick up the car and to pay the remaining balance. Everything was as it should be and the paperwork was handled promptly. We always take a chance when we’re buying used cars especially in this case without seeing it in person but I thought the process for this was very straightforward and handled quite professionally. Would definitely recommend. More
