Had a pretty good buying experience even though you can't get the same deal from a few years ago, and Joseph Boghos made sure I got the best deal possible. Had an issue with some parts I ordered and called G get the same deal from a few years ago, and Joseph Boghos made sure I got the best deal possible. Had an issue with some parts I ordered and called GM Geoff Yeager about it. He said he would take care of me, and he let the parts manager know about my situation. The Next call I got from Parts Manager Milton Osario was outstanding! Can't say enough about Milton being very apologetic and took care of me beyond expectations! These guys don't play around when it comes to customer service! Thank you very much! Do not hesitate to see these about a car you want! More

I had the opportunity to work with Rodrigo on the purchase of my new Toyota RAV4 Hybrid. He went out of his way to get me the vehicle I wanted, within the price range i wanted. He explained all the f purchase of my new Toyota RAV4 Hybrid. He went out of his way to get me the vehicle I wanted, within the price range i wanted. He explained all the features of the RAV4 and setup the App on my smartphone. I was very comfortable while work out the whole purchase from beginning to end. I left Toyota of Lancaster feeling good about the vehicle I purchased and the outstanding service that Rodrigo provided me. This is not the first vehicle I have purchased from Toyota of Lancaster and it won't be my last. Thank you Rodrigo for the awesome customer service you provided me. More
