Poor scheduling; they promised that my car would be done
within 4 hours after drop off, however it took 2 days, when I came to pick up my car they couldn’t find my keys, and the service writer had left for

I feel I was overcharged, I paid for a previous inspection which should have covered the areas where issues were found, I didn’t expect to have to pay $190.00 for the second inspection, when I agreed to the inspection I was not told there would be an additional fee, the service writer said “he would take care if me”.
