We were very pleased with the organization of Gosch Ford. While sitting in our car, reps approached & took our info & the trouble we were having with our car. Bought A f150 black widow and an Explorer sport on same night. Not knowing that my suspension lift wasn't tightened down properly. Until 15,000 miles later when out of nowhere my tires wore super fast on night. Not knowing that my suspension lift wasn't tightened down properly. Until 15,000 miles later when out of nowhere my tires wore super fast on the inside. And there was a knocking sound when in 4 wheel drive.brought it in and was told SCA Proformance didn't tighten down the lift. That's why my tires were so bad so fast. Was told they put in a claim to SCA . 3 months later after multiple visits and calls to ford with no return calls.. I go down and finally told SC a said to my negligence yet will give me tires at cost. Ford let that stand! Then there are places on the truck where SCA installed fender flails that have rubbed the paint do the bare metal. They put in a claim for that . That was over a month ago! Haven't heard back from them. This place is a joke..To top it all off during the purchase and paying off our trade in they didn't get the check to Chrysler in time so we took an 80 point hit on our credit score for their mistake, was told we would get a letter to fix it, That was one year ago!!!!!!!!!! Don't go to this dealership if your smart. More
