Efficient, accurate, and timely service. Maybe not the cheapest in town, but trust worthy. I was very surprised and upset with the placíng of a windshield sticker indicating the INCORRECT MOTOR OIL WEIGHT back in December of last year. The issue was handled by the management in a very rude an windshield sticker indicating the INCORRECT MOTOR OIL WEIGHT back in December of last year. The issue was handled by the management in a very rude and disrespectful manner to me personally. I decided to give this dealership a second chance today. My technician Jared was decent and apologetic. Beyond that, I was surprised by the overall unprofessional and low class experience of this place. I have been to many Toyota dealerships for service and none had professional standards so low. Sloppy all around. At least they put the correct oil on the sticker this time, More

The service department did an incredible job with both of my vehicles. Joe Calamore was exceptional. It was because of him that I even brought my cars there. I had no idea that you serviced vehicles other th my vehicles. Joe Calamore was exceptional. It was because of him that I even brought my cars there. I had no idea that you serviced vehicles other than Toyota. He told me to bring the cars because they did incredible work. He was not kidding. They diagnosed and fixed the cars very quickly. The last place I went to made me leave my vehicle for a week and the final diagnosis, seemed like it was a guess. As it turns out, it was a guess. That was one of the two cars I took to Joe. I have dealt with a lot of people in the service industry over the years. Joe is a breath of fresh air. He takes pride in his work and he is the reason I will take my cars to him from now on.
