Efficient, accurate, and timely service. Maybe not the cheapest in town, but trust worthy. I was very surprised and upset with the placíng of a windshield sticker indicating the INCORRECT MOTOR OIL WEIGHT back in December of last year. The issue was handled by the management in a very rude an windshield sticker indicating the INCORRECT MOTOR OIL WEIGHT back in December of last year. The issue was handled by the management in a very rude and disrespectful manner to me personally. I decided to give this dealership a second chance today. My technician Jared was decent and apologetic. Beyond that, I was surprised by the overall unprofessional and low class experience of this place. I have been to many Toyota dealerships for service and none had professional standards so low. Sloppy all around. At least they put the correct oil on the sticker this time, More
