This dealership has this awesome set-up where you can fill out paperwork detailing issue, sign to confirm how much you are willing to spend and a secure place to drop off your keys. By 2:30pm, Monday, we got a cell call confirming car ready for pickup and they were open for pickup to 6pm. So we were able to drop the car off Sunday, drive up North as planned to visit my elderly aunts (95 & 92 yrs old) provide them a nice hot lunch, visit and get home to pick up my car all ready to go. Great job guys! More

I had a 1:15 appt for an oil change. I arrived at 1:07. Someone finally came and talked with me about 1:27 to see why I was there. Car was then taken and I was told I could wait, whic I arrived at 1:07. Someone finally came and talked with me about 1:27 to see why I was there. Car was then taken and I was told I could wait, which I did. At 2:46 I approached the desk to see what was going on. At that time, someone came in to tell me my car was done. It took more than an hour and a half from my appointment time to my car being ready. For an oil change. Another customer, who came in after me, was told his car was ready well before mine. I've never had this happen here before. Usually service has been prompt and I've been satisfied. But not this time. I'm very disappointed. The person who took my car never identified himself. But he was a tall, slender man. More
