Nothing but problems from the start. Ron Webb was excellent. Your mgmt staff not at all. Unprofessional to say the least. Waited 2 hrs for a photocopy of my registration. Was yelled at loudly by Joe the finance director in front of the staff and customers in the show room. I was told by one of the Mgrs it’s ok to drive without a registration. The car is registered so I don’t need the registration and he knows this because he has a lot of cop friends. And no inspection sticker! Then when they hand me the copy of the registration he thanks the girl for coming in on her day off to get me the registration. I’m sorry if the job was done the registration should have been ready and not locked up as I was told. Apparently everything is always locked up and no one with keys Is ever around. More

Just bought our 4th Accent. This was our first time at Empire Hyundai.
