Recall on my 2017 for a harness replacement I did have to stand in line in a busy check-in for about 10 mins,, but I got taken right at my scheduled 9AM appointment time. They said about 1 1/2 h I did have to stand in line in a busy check-in for about 10 mins,, but I got taken right at my scheduled 9AM appointment time. They said about 1 1/2 hrs wait. It was good for me to find a social distancing seat in the more quiet waiting room. They finished just under the time. More

I usually don't have trouble with this Toyota, but I brought my car in for service at the designated time and waited for a call with an update that didn't happen. I called a few hours later to learn the mechanic who was going to check it out had already left for the day. No one told me that scenario until I called to find out what the deal was. So my car was there overnight. I am disappointed at the miscommunication that left me without the transportation I rely on. More
