I purchased a used car in April from Joseph Chevrolet on Colerain Ave and the experience was good the salesman was very helpful and insightful there was a issue with the car that had a bumper to bumper Colerain Ave and the experience was good the salesman was very helpful and insightful there was a issue with the car that had a bumper to bumper warranty and those issues were not covered my salesman attempted to resolve my issue to no avail so I spoke with the General Manager and his Professionalism was amazing and his response to my problem was a testament to the Joseph Chevrolet Organization that you don’t get from other dealership around the county of Hamilton County. My issue was immediately resolved by the General Manager.
