Antonio “Tony” Wallace is hands down the BEST salesman! I traded my 2021 Traverse for a 2026 Traverse and the experience was absolutely perfect from beginning to end! The managers that make the deals are so caring and go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your purchase and get everything you want! Bank wanted me to have a 2026 instead of a 2025. That didn’t stop them! I chose a 2026 model (was better overall) and they made sure my 2026 would look like the 2025 I fell in love with! Truly appreciate them! Tony, he’s the man! He goes above and beyond for his customers! He stood behind me 100% and did everything he possibly could to make sure I got the absolute best deal I could get & also everything I wanted in the new car! The customer being happy and getting what they want means more to him than the sale! The sale is the customer and being there after the sale! He doesn’t stop taking care of you… after hours and even after the deal is done, he is still there for you with whatever it is you may need! I was not pleased with how the business transaction went. I am still waiting on the title to be sent to me. The vehicle is paid for in full and they didnt send the title with. Seeing the salesman doesn't see I am still waiting on the title to be sent to me. The vehicle is paid for in full and they didnt send the title with. Seeing the salesman doesn't seem to understand how business works as he hasn't been helpful through this process as he stated im on my own now for getting the title sent. So he's worthless. In my opinion if I owned the company he wouldn't be working for me. Nick the used car sales manager is just as worthless as he cant seem to figure out how a telephone works. I've called multiple time, left multiple voicemails, never recieved a call back; nor he answer a call. I would never recommend doing business with Joesph Chevrolet. To me they are a joke! Spend $47k with no loans and cant even get a call back from their managers! JOKE! Borderline Fraudsters! If I dont recieve the title I am prepared to file suite in court! More
